- 3–5 years dispatch experience (dry van, reefer, flatbed, conestoga)
- Advanced data entry — 80–95 WPM with high accuracy
- Comfortable on the phone while typing
- Experience with MacroPoint, Fourkites, PC Miler, TMS (McLeod, Aljex, etc.)
- Working knowledge of EDI and imaging a plus
