- On-time performance — carrier scorecard
- Identification / operations — name, address, phone, MC or MX numbers
- Inspection — roadside inspections vs. national average (2 yrs)
- Crashes reported — vs. national average (2 yrs)
- Safety rating — FMCSR compliance
- Alias search — fraud prevention
